psychology, welfare, rehabilitation and training. For the past five years
she has been studying under John Rogerson and assisting on his training
courses, including training and instruction for the Kennel Club Good Citizen
Scheme. She is a listed Examiner for the KCGCDS Bronze award and has worked
several dogs (all from rescue) through the Good Citizens awards.
Currently Karyn is training and supplying scent detention dogs to
Customs & Excise. This is a new venture which has the potential to extend
further such as the Prison Service and Schools and Colleges. She is also a
heelwork to music and working trials enthusiast and is currently working two
of her rescue dogs in these sports.
